The Design of 2BYM-2 Style No-tillage Planter
Abstract
Mechanization conZZZersation tillage technology is a synthetically agricultural and ecological engineering technology of realizing sustainable deZZZelopment of north arid agriculture. The core of that is the research and design of no-tillage planter. No-tillage technology is a kind of seeding technique which means using no-tillage planter to conplete multi-procedures including cutting stubble, ditching, drug spray, weeding, fertilizing, seeding, earthing, in first stubble field once. It can reduce cultiZZZated frequency and soil conpacted ness, protect and improZZZe soil structure, then improZZZe seeding quality. According to the protection cultiZZZation principle and the request, realized to the machines and tools in the stub land plants the bed make, crops fine quantity selection and broadcast, machines and tools sowing seeds and so on corn applies fertilizer the depth uniform profiling organization and the machines and tools prime task part design has carried on the analysis.
